"Booked a Superior, 2 beds. You get what you pay for. Most hotels around the Ginza area are pricey. This hotel was reasonably priced, but did not have the quality I was looking for. However, given the price it is a good a hotel. Pillows were not comfortable, towels were thin and there were not enough hooks to hang the towels. They do have a clothes line in the shower if needed as they have a washer/dryer in the room. I wasn't a fan of the entrance area being part of the bathroom. Essentially stepping out of the shower into the area where the outdoor shoes have been. You need to request for towel change and your garbage emptied if they are not doing the full service. Cleaning service is every other day. Other than that the hotel has what you need like a microwave, washer/dryer and a fridge with a freezer. Public bath available and refreshment floor with coffee. Check-in was quick if you do the QR code in advance. Staff was always readily available at the front desk and very friendly."

"Metro station is convenient to every area. Kobinis store is also available nearby for wide range. Service of hotel staff is amazing. 2nd time visit and stay at the same area! Kudos! "

"Good location. Rooms were small. People can fit in the rooms if they haven’t any luggage. Maybe 2 toiletry bags."

"This place is clean and spacious. I also like that they have coin laundry option. I enjoyed staying here very much, there are Lawson and family mart within a 2 min walk. It is a bit of a walk from Ginza station but with the amount of food we eat everyday, it’s a good exercise. I would come back to this hotel when staying in Ginza."

"Beautiful hotel lobby with views of Tokyo Tower. Staff was helpful and accommodating. I stayed for the marathon and the room had an amazing view from the bathtub - great for recovery! There were vending machines on each floor. Very walkable to the Ginza area with Seven-Eleven, Lawsons, and Family-Mart close by. "
