Overall we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are small, with no storage space for large suitcases, but the beds are very comfortable and the separate areas for shower/toilet are a great idea. The location is great and the hotel is easy to find. If you are coming from an airport, it is basically across the street from the limousine bus stop at Tokyo Station. I also wanted to note that the rooms are very quiet, we couldn't hear our neighbors or any outside noises.
