Really good location , very close to the Yaesu side of Tokyo station. Great for one night we found. Everything was OK, but not great. Smallish room and bathroom (but this is Tokyo), Complimentary breakfast was poor and crowded. Staff were very busy but polite and helpful. All round nothing special but definitely served the purpose .

The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean. We appreciate the PJs and skincare provided. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice treat for us as well. The staff was helpful every step of the way, especially for us that know very limited Japanese. The hotel was clean. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities. The staff was also very helpful in holding our luggage while transitioning to other places in Japan. The proximity to shopping and transportation is a huge bonus.
