We stayed 4 nights and the hotel was great! The location is walking distance to Tokyo station and very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a fairly priced hotel that is well maintained near Tokyo Station, I’d suggest staying here.

This place was beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. They held our luggage for us after check out while we waited for a flight, They have free coffee and some soft drinks/snacks for most of the afternoon and evening, They also have any essentials you may need free to take and easily available. Location to Tokyo Station can’t be beat. Wish we had more days here.

The location was perfect! So close to Tokyo Station. The room was excellent…love that it was laminate flooring and that the toilet was separate from the shower. Nice that there were snacks and drinks in the lobby. Air conditioning worked well. Lobby was decorated for 🎃

We had enough space (2 beds) for 2 adults and 1 child including 3 checked luggage and 2 carry on cases. Very clean, front desk staff very helpful. It was also very useful that it has self service washing machines and dryer. This hotel is also across the road from Tokyo Station, which is extremely convenient.
