Rooms are a good size and it's fairly quiet at night. Everything is explained in English. Super convenient location near Shinjuku-sanchome station for access to major train lines. Family Mart konbini is just around the corner. Staff are very friendly.

This is a fabulous hotel to stay if you decide to stay in the Shinjuku area. The location is very quiet but only a short 10 minute walk to the station and main Shinjuku area. It’s was nice to be able to get away from that area and not be staying directly in the middle of it. The hotel is also located just across the road from the Golden Gai area. In the immediate area there is plenty of convenience stores and also cafes and restaurants. There is a McDonald a short walk away and also a Dominos pizza almost next door to the hotel. The hotel itself is spotless clean and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. Check in is at 3pm however they are more than happy to store your baggage if you arrive early which I was. The room itself is small but perfect for me as a solo traveller. The bathroom was spotless with a fantastic shower and electric toilet! The bed was comfortable and the room was made up every day. I honestly could not fault this hotel for anything, it was brilliant for my 3 night stay in Shinjuku.

The photos are much better than the actual I think the APA is actually better. The beds were very hard and the pillows were not very comfortable.
