Check in and check out process was quick and pretty easy. Hotel within walking distance of Tokyo Dome and LaQua mall, and surrounding Tokyo Dome City was wonderful. So much to do just outside of the hotel. Having multiple train station entrances within walking distance was convenient. Lawsons convenience store within the hotel was great and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Multiple food courts around the hotel was a bonus!

Very helpful staff. Arrived early but they collected my luggage so I could explore Kyoto. When I checked in proper it was a quick experience and my bags were already in my room. Breakfast was amazing, the mains were delicious and the buffet items filled me up for the day.

The room was clean, the hotel was conveniently located (an amusement park right outside, several restaurants on site, Starbucks, 7-Eleven and a main train station within a 3 min walk. The only reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is the hotel itself (while well maintained) is older (carpeted flooring and curtains on the shower).

The staff was great, got me into a new hotel room when I told them I accidentally booked for one person instead of two (there was a fee, as I expected.) Room was clean when I got to it and everything was great overall
