Niseko Northern Resort An'nupuri

Niseko Northern Resort An'nupuri

10/10 Excellent
"Very nice hotel! Comfortable rooms that are very clean. The breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were excellent and well worth the add on fee. The onsen is nice but a bit small and they should leave the onsen open till 10 am in the morning so you can get breaky they take a last soak before 11 am checkout. Stayed in summer so the rates were very reasonable. They had construction going but the improved rooms were fantastic. There is a ski field right next door and you can ski right up to the hotel and they have ski lockers. If I skied Iโ€™d stay there. It is out of the way so you need a car, there is a bus but I highly suggest wheels. Overall very happy with my three nights there fishing the local rivers."

"From my suite and bathtub, I had a stunning mountain view. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The staff were cordial and polite. Although, I do wish the staff showed more Japanese culture customer service toward information and concierge services. Being at a Ritz Carlton Reserve hotel, I think the sophistication and quality of the onsen, gym, spa and in-house skiwear boutique weren't up to par. Those areas felt like I was at a Marriott hotel instead of a Ritz Carlton Reserve."
