The hotel has friendly helpful staff at the reception. The view we had was spectacular, and the fireworks display at the lake can best be watched from our rooms. The dinner buffet was very good in quality and spread, thoughtfully planned for international and local guests. The onsen here is one of the cleanest so far. I wish the towels are provided at the onsen baths instead of us carrying ours there.

Room & staff are ok. Dinner and breakfast food is not of good quality compared to price paid. The area doesnt have much to offer. Day trip will do . Hotel price is totally not justified. Hotel doeant even provide hand lotion or shaving cream. After shave lotion not provided too. It was not stated i will be served buffet dinner and breakfast but ended up being served dinner and breakfast instead of kaiseki.
