The location and facilities are good, making it suitable for travelers. However, it is not recommended for guests who are driving, as parking is a big issue. Also, the breakfast is average.

I loved this property! It was absolutely comfortable, spacious and quiet. Loved the view of the airport planes and distant mountains. It also has an Olsen to relax and just enjoy quietness. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Usually the last day visits to Japan, I try to stay closer to the airport, and I will absolutely come back to this place! I wish I could have stayed longer. Thanks so much!

Best airport hotel ever

Portom International Hokkaido hotel was an excellent place to stay! It really impressed us, we only stayed for one night but it left an impression. You must check out the onsen! 100% recommend.

A fancy hotel at the airport? Yes, please! We stayed there overnight, because our flight arrived late evening. It was a good walk to get there though. The room was absolutely amazing! Hallways unbelievable! Check in experience-great! Onsen was ok. And restaurant was the food at the restaurant was not impassive. Breakfast buffet was amazing as well!!! Selection was not that big, but everything was a very high quality and delicious! My husband didn’t want to leave.

I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are very comfortable, well appointed, and the rest of the hotel design is sublime. Staff is very helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Late night food at the bar was great. The highlight, though, was the hot springs! Very easy to use, and so relaxing!
