The hotel came with a welcome drink at the restaurant attaching to the hotel. Small room but all amenities are available to stay comfortable. I enjoyed the hot spring.

Good location, close to airport. Unfortunate that there was no airport pickup. Took the JR rail and had to walk on a sheet of ice. Onsen was nice, could use some re tiling. Room was small but has everything you could need for a quick overnight stay.

1. I called the hotel to see if I could get a shuttle from CTS airport to the hotel, and they told me “yes, just call us when you land and we’ll send one.” When I called upon landing, they told me I had to catch a taxi, but when we arrived at the hotel, there was a shuttle that had also just arrived from the airport. They did provide a shuttle from hotel to CTS airport 2. When I arrived, they gave us a smoking room, although I had requested non-smoking. Of course, I could have accidentally clicked “smoking” during booking, although I don’t smoke and would never intentionally choose a smoking room… so I’m a little leery. 3. Otherwise, the hotel itself is a 10-min ride and close to the airport.

気に入っているので何回か利用しています。JR利用なので駅から近く、部屋が明るくて、ベッドの堅さ枕、パジャマも上下あるのが良いです。薬を飲むのでペットボトルの水を用意してくれているのも有り難いです。隣近所の足音、ドアの開閉も気にならない。11時チェックアウトもゆっくり出来ていいですね。

朝食を洋食か和食で迷いスタッフに尋ねると「断然 和食です」と… そして和食で正解！ 夕食も相談すると他のホテル内にある店舗や自身が行った事のある店舗を薦めて下さり、訪れた事が無い店舗はハッキリと「分かりません」と言って下さいました。 薦めて下さった店舗にも満足しました。 また人工温泉も想像以上に良く、浴場に設置されてる水やウェルカムドリンクの珈琲が切れてると伝えた時の迅速な行動も◎。 そして浴場やエレベーターに流れるBGMも良かったなと… ただ客室のトイレットペーパーは薄い(？)かなと感じました。笑 全体的には大変満足でした。

今次跟朋友是自駕遊，酒店的停車場就在隔離，不需要行太遠好方便。房間都整潔寬敞，都可以整理行李箱。間床硬度是我喜歡，所以瞓得好舒服。

空港から電車で２駅（千歳駅）で駅からも徒歩５～７分程の立地で、ホテルからは時間が合えば、無料送迎バスの利用も可能で非常に便利でした。清潔で機能的なホテルでした。　ただ大浴場があるようですが、入り口がロビーのエレベーターのすぐ横にあり、またとても狭く、なんとなく行きづらく利用しませんでした。
