Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The food was delicious! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

The room was real nice and modern. Loved our Mountain View room and the amenities were amazing. Loved the Onsen (so relaxing) and the Cocktail Lounge for breakfast and cocktail hour was so nice. Would love to stay again! So lovely and the staff was very helpful. Also did a massage which was so nice after a day of skiing. The gondola ski on/ski off was incredible!

Great hotel/. Almost ski in ski out- just a short walk across not too busy road. Wonderful staff. Onsen almost as good the the very expensive Hyatt across the road (they have an outdoor onsen that the Hyatt does not). Our room had a washing machine but hotel has coin-operated washing machines for rooms without washing machines. Club rooms have access to a great lounge

Overall a very comfortable stay. Nice room layout and design. Easy access to the slopes for skiing/snowboarding. It would be helpful if given pre-arrival instructions and parking info. Arrival/check-in and lobby/front desk staff can be more welcoming. Some of the restaurant staff needs better/more training. Breakfast buffet was ok. The dining space feels a bit cramp and tables are very close to each other.

New Hotel, Near many outdoor activities

We stayed there for 4 nights. The hotel is new , clean and near door to the outdoor activities like gondola, zipline, tree walk etc. The staff was very helpful especially the restaurant and Kitchen staff. We are vegetarians and while they have some vegetarian food in menu, they also went the extra mile to customize to our requirements.

The entire staff was so helpful and went above and beyond in making our stay very special. They booked us cabs and dinner reservations and helped arrange for activities. The club was a highlight and so nice for breakfast and apres ski. The hotel is brand new and so chic and clean. The onsen was incredible too. Highly recommend this brand new hotel!!

Loved the 4 night stay here. The location across the street from the Hanazono lifts is perfect. The breakfast buffet was great but a bit expensive. The room was good soft pillows and two large double beds pushed together. I used the Onsen 3 times and it was nice after a long day skiing. The front desk was super helpful in shipping luggage to Sapporo.

We loved this hotel as a family of 3 that stayed here for 6 nights. Very convenient hotel for ski hire. Short walk to the gondola. The room we had looked straight to the chair lift and gondola. The room is very quiet. Never heard anyone else despite the hotel being fully booked. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We spent seven days at Nikko Style in HANAZONO for a ski trip, and it surpassed our expectations—especially considering the negative reviews we had read beforehand. We decided to keep our expectations low, but the experience turned out to be fantastic. The hotel is ultra-modern, conveniently located next to the slopes and bus stop, and offers excellent service and cleanliness. I would highly recommend it and would gladly stay again. It’s home away from home!

Beautiful, brand new property. The Nino Club offering is great with breakfast included and lounge access (snacks and drinks in a quiet comfortable space). Gym was awesome. Onsen also amazing (no tattoos however). Short walk to Hanazano lifts. Dumped snow the whole time we were there. Park Hyatt Niseko restaurants close by if you need more variety. We will be back.
