Extremely friendly and helpful in the restaurants, at check-in and at the valet service for skis and boots. Best breakfast buffet ever - with so many choices and everything was of a very high standard and quality. We also loved the outdoor onsen - with a view of Mount Yotei.

Perfect location in Niseko

This hotel was perfect for our 3 day boarding trip. The lobby was comfy and gorgeous, the staff wonderful (hi Silva!), beds were great, and location was perfe t for rentals and jumping right on a chairliftthe libby 'free flow' hour was a nice bonus 😉

Super fun stay at Hilton Niseko Village. We were here to ski, and the gondola is right out the door. Food at the restaurants is very good… and make sure you pay for the breakfast because it is fantastic! Rooms are small, but comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Onsen… awesome.

Hotel ski in and ski out with ski valet for storing skis / snowboards which was great. Would be handy to have more shuttle buses in the morning going to Hirafu. Breakfast was ok but not great so we only tried it once out of our five days there.

Very good hotel for skiing or snowboarding in Niseko. The Niseko gondola is right across the street. Loved the hotel indoor and out door onsei.

Overall was OK and very convenient if you are into winter sports. Food was OK and plenty of choices. But food wares were usually dirty with food stain on utensils and plates.

The staff was very accommodating, and I enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Although there were only two types of large public baths, they can get crowded when many travelers are staying, so it may be necessary to adjust your schedule accordingly.

Great room with a stunning view of Mt. Yotei ! Just could not get enough of that . Food options were great too since I do not eat authentic Japanese food . And the Onsen is wonderful .

Great hotel for on/off piste skiing & snowboarding, gondola at the back door going up the slopes. Rental facilities right there. Free shuttle going to Hirafu for more dining options

At first when we enter the room, the arrangment of the bed is different from the shown photos when we booked the room. We booked for 4 person, but the room hotel provided is for 3 persons instead with additional bed located infront of TV w/o proper condition as photos provided. Pillow and balnkets are smelly.

I did a week of solo snowboarding and had a great time. The shuttle made getting around town very convenient. The hotel restaurants were not the best but they had plenty to choose from with even more options next door. Definitely enjoyed the fact that the lifts were literally right outside. The ski locker made it very convenient and did not cause any problems whatsoever. Thank you Hilton staff.

Ski-in/out hotel with good facilities

We had one room with four beds for our family. Nice and clean, good service and help from staff, on the slopes with gondola right in front, nice ski valget service and Onsen for after skiing and good hotel shuttle to the other towns made it easy to go out in the evening. Good little store at the hotel for snacks etc. Somewhat expensive restaurants at the hotel, but good options right next to in the small Village and via the shuttle to Hirafu. Overall quite expensive, but most is in Niseko and not much has ski in/out option.

Overall Good ………But!

Overall room cleaning is superb. The room is spacious and clean. BUT ….. one main weak spot. The public onsen need tighter regulation. I saw a man who shaved in the onsen. Some washing bowls have hair left.
