Great hotel! The room was spacious with a fantastic view. The lounge was great to hang out in with free snacks and draft Sapporo beer. They also had a free shuttle that takes you to Odori park and the train station during the Snow Festival. This will be my goto place for next year.

It’s a big hotel with great friendly service, fairly outdated. Location is good but it’s just shy off the heart of the city. Rooms are spacious but has heating only with no control over temperature, on our last night the room got very hot even with the window open.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great as it's walkable to the city center. There is a lawson across the street, 2nd floor has vending and ice machines and a microwave. Only issue is that it's older so you can sometimes hear people stomping about in the room above. Great price for the stay and there is a bus stop outside if you prefer that over taking a taxi. Taxi both to and from the hotel from New Chitose airport was $100+ USD each trip.

Excellent hospitality, fantastic breakfast on site (definitely get it). Rooms are very large, hotel has an incredible ground floor, very spacious with multiple lobbies with excellent furniture, music, etc. Only downsides are that there is no laundry on site (5 minute walk to a small coin laundry) and that the hotel is a bit dated, but kept in acceptable condition. Would definitely stay here again.
