If I could put a 6 star rating in my overall experience I would. The hotel is amazing. Staff really takes the crown when it comes to service and kindness. Amenities were great, we loved the public onsen experience and some relaxing time at spa. A must if you come to Sapporo.

Will come back again. Getting to the hotel: Hotel has a carpark for those renting cars but there is a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel from Sapporo JR Station. Room for 2 Pax was clean, spacious, serene. Service was great, Breakfast and Dinner was especially enjoyable with the view from the lounge.

impressive view of the futama valley from our room

the views.. the views.. lovely autumn mountain views from our wide hotel window and convenient to go to futami valley river and futami red suspension bridge by car - the autumn leaves everywhere are breathtaking. roast beef dinner at the hotel (included in rate) melts in your mouth. japanese style breakfast (also included in rate) is perfect to start the day. our in room onsen is so awesome and relaxing. would love to stay again

This a beautiful hotel which seems brand new. The staff is wonderful and the meals are great. There isn’t much to do in Jozankei and there are very limited lunch options around (the hotel serves breakfast and dinner). We had a room with a private onsen which was great. Great views of a mountain right in front of the room. If you want to chill and relax you may love it. But don’t expect lots of activities. Loved eating sushi for breakfast. Very quiet and tranquil. We loved sitting in the library even though we couldn’t read the Japanese books.
