Communication was horrible. Hotel staffs do not speak English and their listening was also very bad.
Unfriendly and have no knowledge about the area.
As a hotel that deals with a lot of tourists, hotel staffs should speak better English and equip more knowledge about the area in order to help the guests.
It was not very clean in the room too. Dusty in some areas.
It was expensive to stay at the hotel Gracery and was not worth it.
I would not go back.
good location in Tokyo a short walk from the Shinjuku Station. In an area with a brisk nightlife, but in the morning people still rambling about, and the streets littered with debris from the night before. Nevertheless, my room was quiet at night. Room was small, but quite adequate and clean. you need to take two different elevators to get to your room so getting down to the streetis a little bit time-consuming. staff was friendly and accommodating and I would recommend this hotel.
Great stay, great location if you want to be in the middle of it. Check in line at 3 pm was extremely long (45 min) but might have been unlucky; an hour and a half later there was no line.
The hotel's proximity to the JR station, excellent breakfast, and polite staff make it a great choice despite the small room size. Overall, it offers excellent value for a reasonable price
I like the hotel very much. I was happy with staff, system to go into hotel as well as room, amenity, and big bath tab.
I will stay if I have a chance to go to Shinjuiku, Tokyo.
