This hotel was a in a great location which gave us a fantastic introduction to city life in Osaka, the nearby shops/restaurants/bars along with shopping malls and the train station directly across the street made it easy to get our fill of the best the city has to offer

I really loved the size of the rooms on offer here and the decor is modern overall. Location was good in that it was walkable to Osaka Station City and the entertainment precinct while be far enough away to be able to get away from the crazy Osaka concentration of people.

This hotel is close to Osaka Station about 10 min walk. It has a public onsen which is very helpful after a long walk all day.

The location was good with lots dining options. Right next to a street filled with restaurants. It’s a bit of a walk(10-15min depending on which station) to the stations. Breakfast buffet was okay with a mixture of Japanese and Western selections and it’s on the expensive side. Our. Biggest complaint is that during our stay in April 2024, the hotel was extremely busy. You have to wait for the elevator, lobby was busy and sometime chaotic with luggage, packages, and people. We had to wait to enter the dining hall for breakfast so we quit one day. The room was condo but on the smaller side.

The hotel was in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the Osaka Station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Given the excellent location and quality of the accommodations, I felt the room rate was good value for money.

The hotel is more 3 vs 4 star. It’s about a 15min walk from the Osaka train station so pretty convenient. Nice sized rooms for Japan. Overall nice hotel but it can be very noisy at night time with traffic so never really good a good night sleep whilst we stayed there

Hotel a little away from the Umeda station but accessible via exit 11-43. Good location if you are taking the metro regularly or your main focus is shopping, but a bit away from main tourist sites. Great rooms and very quiet hotel. I would recommend if you are a return visiting guest to Osaka and not for your first visit.
