Appreciated the in room fridge and would have loved an in room microwave instead of having to go to another floor to use one. "Perfect for families! The hotel is located right next to Kanazawa Station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very helpful. The only downside is that the laundry machines in the hotel were not clean and lacked a tub-cleaning function (which is usually standard for washing machines in Japan), making me hesitate to use them. However, there is a coin laundromat about an 8-minute walk from the hotel."
