Relaxing getaway!

Lovely getaway for an authentic Japanese Onsen bathing experience. The suite room was gorgeous and came with a private bath which was very worth it for me ! Many delicious local restaurant options nearby too. Staff knew enough English to get us settled. Highly recommend for 1-2 nights as part of your trip.

Relaxing stay

We had Suite Room B and it was very spacious and well maintained. Rurikoh had many good services (free shuttle to/from Kagaonsen train station, spa w/massages, outdoor foot onsen, taiko drum performance, free afternoon snacks), a beautiful outdoor onsen and large indoor one, very good traditional Japanese breakfast, and very welcoming staff. A short walk (approx 8 min) to several grocery stores and restaurants.

Loved this place! Staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a drink and snack bar available when we got there. It was quiet and relaxing. The only thing that was confusing was that they told us we couldn’t eat at the restaurants at the hotel. We had to go outside of the hotel to eat, but was fine because we went to an AWESOME yakiniku place called Akichan.

スタッフの対応は、良い

ウェルカムドリンクどころではなく24時間飲めるソフトドリンクコーナーがあったり、24時間入れるお風呂や足湯があったりして、サービスがいいなと思いました。食事の時もスタッフの方が料理の説明をしっかりしてくれました。部屋にはペットボトルの水が用意されており、過去に読んだ口コミとは違っていました。もしかして、口コミによるご意見を反映させて改善されていたのかもしれません。 強いて言うなら、朝食のビュフェで、ご飯や飲み物がなくなっていることがあり、声をかけてからの補充だったことが、残念でした。やはり無くなる前に補充をしていただけると気持ちがいいと思います。ただ、声をかけた時のスタッフの人の対応は気持ちの良いものでした。
