I really enjoyed our stay at the Washington Shinjuku hotel. It was a clean, comfortable, centrally located place for our stay. There are many services right there, and everyone was helpful whenever we needed something.

Location was rather convenient - 15 min away from main train station. Aircon centralized but I worked around it by switching it off and using the room provided fan. Happy with this booking and stay!

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel for the price I paid. The lighting in the rooms was terrible, there was a lack of powerpoints closeby to the beds and the bathroom is very small and difficult for more than 1 person to use efficiently. It was great in terms of location but that was about it

We had a great experience at this hotel. Shinjuku station was a bit of a walk, but not terrible. Some of the hotel reviews mention hot rooms. Ours was the opposite. It was very very cold and the only other option was off, and then it would be stuffy. In all, it was a great stay for the price and I would recommend the hotel to any of my friends.
