Very new hotel, very clean, friendly staffs

Great location, friendly staffs, clean and comfy bedroom, nice breakfast buffet, will certainly come back again.

Love the vibe, the decor, the spaciousness of the room and how well it was planned. This would be my go-to hotel for my next trip back to Tokyo.

It was my first time staying and very satisfied with the hotel location. The staff were friendly and easy access to shops and dining locations.

Just opened a few months back so I booked this. Could see many family, couples and business travellers here. Check-in by a machine reader, you just need to scan your passport. My luggages were delivered from previous hotel and they were in the room already. Efficient. The cleaning is every two days. Pajamas, towels, shampoo, shower gel are provided. Brand new. My kind of hotel stay. 1min away from train station. Easy accessible. Great stay. Will book the same hotel again

It was a right decision to stay this hotel because I touched down in Tokyo at 8:50 P.M. and the immigration was super crowded. Only two (2) immigration counters were opened and it took 2 hours to get out of the immigration. If I were to book a hotel in town and there was no way I could sleep at a hotel. The room was a bit tidy but it's a perfect location for the night travellers.

Convenient place, room size is big

I stayed for five nights in three different rooms. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and comfortable, although the room felt a bit small for two people. The hotel offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks in the lobby starting in the evening. In terms of location, it's quite a walk from the hotel to Shinagawa Station.

Its location is incredible. The Kyobashi Ginza is at the door step, Tokyo station is a leisurely 10 - 15 mins walk away.

Perfect location. Akihabara Station is literally next to hotel. Staff are also very polite and kind. Love the laundry machines, only a min fee per use. Best part you get to monitor progress in the room. No need to go down to laundry room to check if its done. Highly recommended for those looking for accessibility and convenience.
