"Adonis was a gracious host, and we especially enjoyed talkig with Nikki, who was part of the staff. Our apartment was spacious, and had a nice balcony with a nice city view that also looked out on the Fortezza. Adonis oriented us to the neighborhood with suggestions and a map. We had kitchen facilities that were very convenient and our bed and air conditioning made our sleep very comfortable. We were even able to easily extend our stay on short notice. We definitely recommend Palazzo Vecchio!"

"Whilst the accommodation does not face the caldera we still had a sea view (room 5) and it is a one minute walk to views over the caldera at a fraction of the price of other hotels. The staff are very accommodating and helpful. . The rooms are basic but functional and there was plenty of storage space.
