"This is second time we stayed here… Place is well maintained and still in very good condition despite our last visit pre-covid in 2018. Highly commend service of check-in staff Nit Gan especially since male guest in front of us gave her a long and super hard time but she didn’t flinch a beat and served us with super efficiency and accommodate our request for early check-in despite we arriving at around 1pm. Housekeeping team cleaned up the room very well plus very prompt to provide us with additional pillows and ice. This is definitely the best hotel on the stretch and will choose to stay here again for my next trip to Haikou."

"The staff at the hotel were nice and friendly, however, the hotel is old, all the supplies like towers, rooms, and in door supplies are supper old. The towers turn yellow but the hotel seems like they don’t have money to update. The room was terrible and smells bad. "
