Gay friendly Hotels in Iceland

"This looked to be a brand new hotel! Almost within walking distance from Airport. Our plane landed at 4:45 AM but we were lucky to have a room Assigned to us- especially after a 18 hour commute! The personnel- front desk, restaurant and cleaning crew we personable and responsive! Friendly-they all seemed to love their jobs!!"

Opt for the nicer rooms tho ~ we had one deluxe that viewed the harbor, which was excellent, and two that were cheaper...they were both very small and had issues with the shower design (got whole bathroom floor wet). The lobby bar and breakfast area were lovely. Would def stay here again."

"We were there only one night, but the room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. They recommended dinner at a nearby restaurant (Old Iceland) which was excellent! The hotel's breakfast buffett was wonderful with lots of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs and meats. I highly recommend this hotel in downtown Reykjavik. "
