"This property is in excellent condition and very clean. The beds are comfortable yet a bit smaller than in US hotels but larger than in some other European countries. Service was excellent and we could check in 3 hours early. It is also close to the main street of the city and all the restaurants. "

"Nicely decorated rooms, great hot tub and sauna for guest use, and nice lounge/bar space. The room itself was great, with good blackout blinds and a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom was a bit of a letdown, however. It's large, which is great, but the towel hooks were barely holding into the wall and have already been "fixed" before, with exposed signs of poor repair. Beyond that, the counterspace around the sink is really tight, for how much room is available. Perhaps a shelf...

"The entry foyer is not the most inviting. Once you have negotiated (luggage in hand) with a heavy entrance door..you have to head down stairs to the front desk. The team at the hotel were courteous and helpful. We got upgraded as well, which was nice. I loved the options for in room coffee and tea. We got a good recommendation for dinner and guidance on meeting points, other areas of interest. Breakfast was plentiful, with a few options though the space is a little tight..the hotel could easily...

"Very nice stay for our last night in Iceland! Staff was very friendly, as we arrived a few hours early to ask for early check in, and they said our room was not yet ready but let the housekeepers know right away and we were able to check in shortly after. Recommend :)"
