Hotel is very close to shopping and the cathedral. The staff was very polite, helpful. We arrived early and they made every effort to check us in as early as possible. Would definitely stay with them again.

Location great, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff are very friendly, especially the breakfast staff. Downside, basic room with no ac which lead to stuffy nights and the rooms offered no refrigerator. Overall very pricy but Iceland is expensive.
