"Noisy room next door the first night. Great front desk staff. Christian was awesome! Good recommendations on food and restaurants. Details not attended to. Provide clean coffee cups. Shower curtain not installed correctly. Had to replace remote. Missed little pieces of trash on floor. Lights are weird. Generally for the money, not good value. Restaurant food was great and so was service. Smart water in room is foolish. Need water for coffee. Safe was helpful. "

"Worst checkin process. No instructions on how to go from getting the key in a lockbox to taking the elevator crossing through the parking garage, finding the doors to the building and playing guess which direction the room is. Hallways smelled awful. Took me forever to find my room. The room was very clean but a little stark. Could use some more pictures or something to make it homier. "

"Property was clean, quiet, and well kept. We enjoyed seeing deer walking the property on a daily basis. Indoor pool was great as the open glass gave it an outdoor feel. Our unit was clean and well stocked with dishes , cookware, towels, etc. We stayed in the deluxe unit with jetted tub which was amazing. "Stayed for the work truck show this year in downtown Indianapolis, opted to stay at this property because of it being walkable. Aside from a minor hiccup initially when picking up my key, I have no complaints. Everything was perfect"

"Place wasn’t set up conveniently as we didn’t have towels until the 2nd day and the parking pass wasn’t returned from previous guest so we had to walk a block away with all of our stuff. The place itself was lovely and I was very pleased with the location and everything."
