"I love this hotel. It is quirky and old, but well maintained. The signage was improved this time, and I was able to find my room easily. On a previous stay this was not the case, and I wandered around a bit. My room faced an alley and it got quite noisy, especially early in the morning. The radiator and towel warmer appeared to have leaked a bit, but worked well.The staff are just lovely, always helpful. "

"Modern, clean, on the river do you can eat good food and drink by it which is a real pleasant way to spend a few hours. Staff friendly, hotel room nice bed firm. Happily stay there again money and time in cork permitting. Cork is a lovely city to walk around. People generally friendly. "

"The hotel was clean and very nicely appointed. The staff was very polite. Our rooms location was not the greatest as our windows were over an ally that I guess was used for trash pick up, and deliveries. It was a bit noisy. The bathroom also had a bit of a foul smell, that same smell was in the lobby one day. If I went back I would try and stay at a location more centrally located."
