"This is nice property with upgraded room and bathroom. The infinity pool is amazing. Location is great. Great choice of food at the breakfast buffet. Live station was good. Already cooked meals were ok. Need to improve the taste a little. Working crew can add little bit more character by smiling and making the morning better for the visitors. "Lovely location and we enjoying visiting this beautiful colonial beach hotel however we were charged twice for drinks consumed in the lobby and moved to the terrace area despite explaining to the staff at the time and showing my receipts. Be careful and double check your statements as they take your bank card and disappear with it. They don’t need a pin or a signature to take money out. Shocking! "

"AWESOME stay - so great we decided to stay an extra night. Kasun is amazing and put us in touch with people that helped us plan our 3 week stay in Sri Lnaka. Extremely spacious apartment for a low price. Even included a washer inside the apartment which was really nice to do laundry. Close to the airport and not a far walk from restaurants. Nice park neaby with volleyball courts, track and more sports with locals nearby. Will definitely stay again before departing from Sri Lanka! "

"My wife and I arrived at Heritance Negombo and during our check in, we explained our diet concerns because of a recent operation. The front desk clerk immediately notified the restaurants staff of our no salt diet and the staff really paid attention to not only our diet but the little things to ensure our vacation will remain in our hearts for a lifetime. They are truly amazing at Heritance Negombo Hotel and we will definitely reccomend this hotel to our family and friends or anyone that coming to Sri Lanka.
