Excellent value and a very varied and delicious breakfast. The room is very comfortable but do t expect a high-end 5 star hotel… it’s still amazing value and I’d definitely stay there again. Again, excellent breakfast!

Great stay

Stayed here for a week as a solo traveller. Good location. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The room I had overlooked the sea and had floor to ceiling windows. It was spotlessly clean. The cleaning staff were thorough. Plenty of towels, toiletries , water etc. I ate in the main buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The choice was excellent, the food displays were beautiful and all of the staff were kind and helpful. The coffee shop on the ground floor served good coffee and snacks. All of the staff were friendly, efficient and kind. Highly recommend this hotel

Bad service, useless management. Lots of staff but none of them know what they are doing. Had spa appointments cancelled but didn’t tell me till I turned up. Food service takes forever. Rooms are not particularly clean. Stayed at many places in Sri Lanka over 3 weeks and this was by far the worst.
