"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

"The hotel was easy to get to by bus but also walking distance from the centre of town. The area was quiet, the staff was helpful and polite and the room was clean. Altogether a pleasant stay, I would go back to hotel Talana on my next visit to Jersey."

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "
