"We had stayed in Jersey previously and were severely let down by the standard of accommodation so we decided to choose something more luxurious and the Grand Jersey Hotel did not disappoint. We were made welcome the instant we stepped through the door and that continued throughout our week stay, we should have booked longer! The staff were first class, attentive throughout the hotel and we couldn't fault the superb service. The price of food and drinks were what we expected for a 5 star hotel...

"We had a twin standard room so wasn't expecting too much, but we had a lovely view into town with the sea in the distance. The bath over the shower was adequate, the toiletries were plentiful and the room was small but perfectly acceptable. The food was great, plenty to choose from at breakfast and dinner was great value at around £33. The spa was amazing! Already looking at when we can return. Thank you. "

"Excellent location, just around the corner from the Liberty Bus station, so taking tours and getting around was easy. All the staff were polite and efficient, even if they didn't always understand what was being said the first time. The only downside was that the room we had was under the eves of the building, so that one side of the bed was difficult to get into/Out of! Apart from that, thoroughly recommended."

"I was pleasantly surprised. The room had an adequate size for me and had a kitchenette. The room and kitchenette were both very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchenette had everything, cutlery, pans, toaster, microwave, small fridge and small vitro. Perfect if you're planning on staying for a few days! Bathroom was also very good size. The service was also very good, staff were friendly, polite and always greeted with a smile! Overall, a great place to stay considering it's a 2-star hotel."
