"This hotel is luxxx, with a free ramen service and glorious bath it's the full package. Which is lucky, because it's on a main road and you need to work a bit harder than most Japanese neighbourhoods to find the good places (try Davada coffee). Visited at the end of Golden Week so it was busy as all get out, but the staff couldn't have been lovelier. A nice splurge 😊"

"Overall a great hotel and excellent location with local shops, restaurants and shopping nearby and the Kyoto station is only minutes away. Hotel offered complimentary coffee, toothbrushes, and other hygienic items which were very appreciated. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the bathroom is very functional. We would stay here again when we visit Kyoto."

"Beautiful, new modern hotel right where you want to be in Kyoto. Seriously, steps from the hotel and you are in the coolest area of bars, restaurants, etc. I would recommend to my friends and stay here for sure again."

"Such a nice hotel! Very convenient location, with free shuttle to the train station (only about 10 minutes away). Staff was very helpful, answering a couple of emails before our trip in a very prompt manner, as well as being helpful while we were staying there. They were able to hold our bags for us when we arrived several hours prior to check in so we could go sightseeing, and they held them again for us for a couple of hours after checkout so we could see a few more things before leaving town. The room was spacious, modern and clean - very comfortable! I believe we got a very good deal using this site, so we were thrilled to see how nice this hotel was. We loved our two night stay there and would absolutely love to stay there again!"

"The hotel was fabulous! The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was delightful. The location was fantastic since there were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance. But most importantly, the staff was incredible. We want to thank Mayumi Tokieda for her help in getting my daughter's wallet back from the train. She went above and beyond calling the JR Line for us to find the wallet and have it waiting for us to pick up when we traveled on to Osaka. Thank you Mayumi! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto. "
