"The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "

"We stayed for one night after coming back into town from a wedding. The gentleman from the lower lobby, Willie “Mr. Wonderful” was beyond pleasant and kind to us and truly made the experience 5/5 stars. We would come back and stay again solely because of how wonderful he was. "

"Overall it’s a very nice place to stay for visiting Boston and its surrounding areas. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only problem we had was the electrical outlets. We brought an electric kettle to boil water, as we would do when we stayed in a hotel. The electrical outlets in the room couldn’t handle it. Using it caused the electric breaker tripping. We had to call the front desk multiple times to reset the breaker."
