"Will 100% be recommending this to everyone we know. This place was INCREDIBLE. The dinner/breakfast presentations are vast and delicious, the spas are stunning, and the staff was absolutely wonderful. It’s an easy train ride from Kyoto/Tokyo and there is a daily shuttle service that you can book with the hotel. This was such a fun and genuine experience. Highly recommend! "

"We drove to the property, so getting there was not so much of a hassle, however, do note that the roads are narrow for a two-way traffic, and located within a residential area, there are not many street lamps. Walking out to the nearest convenient store takes about 10-15mins at a stroll and the path can be quite dark at night. Overall stay, the villa was clean and afforded a good view of Mt. "We had the wonderful opportunity to stay at their newest resort Tocoro Resort & Glamping. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and ensured everything was taken care of. The area surrounding the cabin and the cabin itself were beautiful. Oh yes, and the food! Compliments to the chef for going above and beyond to meet our vegetarian diet. This place is a gem in the woods. We had a memorable time!"

"The hotel was so beautiful and the attention to detail was great. The staff was friendly and helped us with everything. They also spoke English. We were given yukatas to wear and they were really pretty. The food was amazing, everything was really fresh. The in room bath had amazing views to Mt. Fuji and was relaxing. They also have a shuttle that picks you up from Kawaguchiko station at 8, 8:30 9 and 10 am. We ended up taking a taxi from the station to the hotel but we took the shuttle back to...

"When I arrived, I had lost my JR Rail Pass in Tokyo. The hotel clerks called Tokyo and was able to locate it. I don’t think I could have done it because of my poor Japanese language. This was a miracle and I truly appreciate their efforts and patience."
