We had a personal health issue which the receptionists and the guest relations team were very helpful with and very attending no matter the time of the day. And the complimentary plates that followed as we entered our rooms due to a celebration and after the hospital incident were a cherry on top. The concierge guided us through our vacation with tips on what to do and where to go. If you are travelling by car, they also help and guide you on where you can park as the hotel does not have a car park of its own. But everything is pretty much in a walking distance. "
