"The big selling point of the hotel is the pool and the hotel location, the biggest problem with the hotel is the lack of good well trained staff especially in the breakfast room, its a free for all, couldn't believe it, few teenagers doing their best with no one to point them in the right direction. "Would have given 5 stars but checked in went to room and it wasn’t made up, looked a right mess. Went back to reception to tell them and fair do’s immediate apology and free upgrade to a superior room Restaurant is closed mid week but the bar food is excellent with a good choice "
