"Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and convenient to everything we wanted to do."

"The property needs updating in main lobby area. You are clearly coming in through the “back” of the property. elevators are outdated, , guest laundry was dirty and needs updating. Pool was lovely and views from the unit excellent. A small dishwasher would be most helpful…."

"Love this hotel and have stayed many times. Unfortunately our room had a shower over the bath which we’ve never had before when staying, always walk in shower. This was difficult for my husband due to knee problems. Suggest checking if this may also be difficult for you. When mentioned to reception at check out we were told they would have changed our room if we had told them. "

"Loy, the desk manager was very helpful. He gave us a ground floor room when he learned of my husband’s disability. He also recommended a nearby restaurant, and called a previous hotel in an attempt to find a lost item."

"We were a late check in so didnt really interact much with staff but it was a little disappointing that the only interactions were a phone call to tell us we would encounter a late fee if we didnt get out.... it was only 12 minutes past check out."
