"It feels like you enter another world once you get into the hotel. You first need to remove your shoe as you enter the hotel. Instead of going to a check-in counter, we were asked to sit and they come with all the check in papers. While waiting for them to check our passport, we were serve some Yuzu water. "We paid a very reasonable rate for a room with a queen size bed on a higher floor with an excellent view. The hotel check in was easy and all staff were courteous and helpful during our tay. We even booked in room massages that were very good. We came for the kite festival and booked this hotel because it had good reviews and is located right next to the Hamamatsu train station."

"The hosts were amazing. Totally went above and beyond! I was offered to be driven to Omurayama. They also offered to drive me back but I opted for the bus (for the experience!) Also, I was super impressed by one of the female workers speaking so many languages! I'm also a super picky eater but the traditional breakfast was amazing. Last but not least, when I checked out I was given the offer to drive me to the station. They're just such lovely and kind people!"

"This hotel is a five star hotel for sure. Staffs are well trained, got lots of amenities in room, nice clean hot bath on top floor as private use. You can enjoy Japanese “kaiseki” meal."
