I have stayed here multiple times and itโ€™s a Very good location and big rooms in premium categories. Good choices for breakfast also. Only complaint is the lack of a gym and health club facility. In todayโ€™s day and age this is a must. There is enough space and it will elevate the guest experience. May be on chargeable basis but option is must.

Super convenient for rail travellers.

I really like Okura Hotel. Itโ€™s super convenient to get to from the station. Has a small mall attached to it and selection of restaurants in close proximity. No real need to go into the centre, unless you want a change of scenery. Frankly speak the hotel is starting to age a little, but itโ€™s still quite grand and the views are exceptional given its size.

This is my favorite place stay when visiting Hamamatsu. It is very convenient to the station, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I recently stayed 10 nights and my only negative is there are no self-service laundry facilities onsite for guests.

Loved that Okura Act City Hotel had the Dyson hair dryer and offered such great amenities in the bathroom in our room. The pajama set was great. The radio in the room was amazing to fall asleep to. The staff were all extremely kind and helpful.

Good hotel for a great price

We paid a very reasonable rate for a room with a queen size bed on a higher floor with an excellent view. The hotel check in was easy and all staff were courteous and helpful during our tay. We even booked in room massages that were very good. We came for the kite festival and booked this hotel because it had good reviews and is located right next to the Hamamatsu train station.

We had a good stay at this hotel, the rooms are a bit dated and there are limited options in the complex, apart from the hotel restaurants, two of which are closed. Comfortable rooms with magnificent views. Concierge was unable to book a trip to the Yamaha museum, which seemed strange.
