"I did not get the ocean front room I booked. It was old and outdated. Pools were closed and disgusting. Didn’t get to swim. Only the ocean. The balcony was rusty. No central air. The customer service was nice but I won’t stay there again. "

"The stay was ok, not sure if sheets was clean so i got extra top sheets..room smell like mold...tub wasn't clean the best but, we enjoyed the balcony was by the pool and dj was AWESOME WE BROUGHT THE CROWD TO THE POOLSIDE BAR OVERALL IT WAS OK"

"This is a great place to stay away from the real busy stretch of Myrtle Beach main area, much more serene feeling. Yes, across the street from the beach but so open and accessible to it, a 2 min walk. Enjoyed having a facility that is more spread out with walking area, multiple pools, lazy rivers, hot tub, just spacious and not just a tall apartment building. Do not like the check-in process as they strongly try to get you to attend a meeting where they will explain the Holiday Inn Club...

"I needed to find a place for family to stay overnight since we had a sick person in our household. The unit was spacious and comfortable w/a stunning view of the ocean. The only downside was check-in. You had to go to a different building, and their "pet friendly" policy is limited to service animals. Don't advertise they have a pet friendly policy if only service animals are allowed. "
