What I liked most about the property was its welcoming atmosphere, convenient location, and overall cleanliness. The property had a unique charm that made it feel comfortable and inviting. One thing I didn’t like was that some areas in the room could use a little updating or improvement.

The resort was as advertised and met all expectations regarding function. However, the room we had was a bit worn with signs of use. What makes a truly fine resort is an attention to detail and quality feel. A heavily scratched glass stove top, closet door that would open on its own, a dishwasher that looked like they purchased the bargain unit at home depot. A shower head that looked to be in need of replacement. A gas Leak in the fireplace that required a call when we first arrived and maintenance had to shut off the gas so that fireplace was not useable. My home, while in no way a palace, felt better maintained so staying here felt like a step down in quality. You expect a resort to provide an upgrade in quality from your normal home experience, not a downgrade. While not hindering the use of the facility, it did feel cheap relative to the cost.

The room was clean and amenities were great. However we were there for one night with a 4 pm check in time. Room was not ready until 530. Front desk did not call me like they said I had to call twice and ask for manager and then suddenly my room was ready. Nice hotel with good location and a lot to do but the check in process was ridiculous for such a nice and expensive place.
