Staff was extremely friendly, great location right on the ocean. I was on the first floor with a sliding door that opened up to a patio on the ocean. Equipped with fridge and microwave, an eating area, two TVs, AC in both rooms. During my stay, it was quiet and was able to get a great night sleep.

The staff was great at the desk but there where no towels in the room you have to ask for them and ask for you to put them in a bin downstairs for new ones the elevator will keep you up if your near it and the air conditioning was bad great ocean view at a great price just make sure your air works to your liking and you should be fine easy access to the ocean board walk and strip

We found a bedbug in our first room. Got upgraded to a higher level room. However, it was cleaner than the initial room, the microwave did not work, bathroom sink did not work and the shower water would not get warm so we had to take cold showers. I will say the woman at the desk was so very nice and understanding. I will say, the price made it easier to go spend money on other stuff

I love the fact that they accept pets and the pet fee was not expensive at all. However, the property definitely does need some upgrading.And some cleanliness. The staff was pretty okay and the location was great. With the building being open since nineteen seventy three, definitely need some upgrading or some patching up

This hotel was definitely a prime example of "get what you pay for"-- if you are looking for a basic room, thats clean, thats very conveniently located to ocean blvd. Without the expensive "frills" and price tag-- this is IT! The office staff was very helpful to us throughout our stay, and overall we had no big issues. Beds were comfortable, TV worked, pool area was clean, and everyone that stayed there was friendly.

The room I had was basically falling apart. The ceiling in the room and bathroom had pieces falling everywhere. Also the shower head was terrible. Other than that the beds were clean and the ocean view was gorgeous. Wouldn’t stay at this hotel again though

No towels initially, no coffee maker or hairdryer. The mini fridge worked great though. Both pool areas were dirty, trash cans overflowing, and the jacuzzi had been filled in with cement. The tv video constantly froze, and the WiFi was nonexistent (3rd floor - it kept saying “get closer”). 2nd to last day a homeless guys was out back sleeping on the lounge chairs, and the last day he was sleeping by the roof pool. The balcony view was the best thing of the stay!

I tend to stay in cheap hotels, but this was by far the worst one. The only redeeming quality was the location and view from the room. The staff were rude, when checking in it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing and had one young girl checking everyone in. All of the other staff were sitting in the back room. She was nice but the rest were not. The room had a weird small, I think it was mildew because there were black stains on the wall and near the window and by the end of our stay our throats hurt. There was a dead roach in the bathroom. No blow-dryer, microwave or conditioner. The pool at least seemed clean but it's very small, it can only fit about one family at a time. You get what you pay for, but I would definitely rather cough up and extra $100 than stay here again.
