"This hotel was great, and popular--their large parking lot was mostly full when I looked the next morning. It's only about a mile and a half from Ben & Jerry's factory tour. The staff was friendly and great--especially Bill, who checked us in. The fitness room was good, although it had machines exclusively, with no dumbells. "I stay at a lot of hotels. Here are just a few things I like about Black Mountain Inn. 1.- There's a side table on each side of the bed, convenient for CPAPs. 2.- There are open electrical outlets for our use. 3.- They provide bar soap, and the soap is not white, so I can find it when I drop it in the water. 4.- The chairs outside each room are comfortable and -- thanks to upstairs balcony -- dry ... even when it's been raining. 5.- Extremely friendly and helpful front desk staff. "
