“Great Suites Hotel”
My girlfriend and I took a weekend shopping trip to Detroit and stayed at the Embassy Suites Hotel Troy. I love Embassy Suites...good breakfast, roomy accommodations, reliable Hilton product. This hotel was one of the most beautiful Embassy Suites that I have stayed in. Best pool! Breakfast was not the best but certainly did the job. The phyiscal lay out of the buffet line was squished into the line for the omlette orders...not good. This hotel is in the middle of corporate highrise office buildings. They do have a shuttle that will drive you to and pick you up from local restaurants and shopping (I think it was within a 5 mile radius), but you really need a car. Very close to the highway. I would definitely stay here again.
“Enjoyable Stay”
Had an enjoyable stay and plan to stay there again in July when attending a concert at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Easy acess to hotel from the expressway, close to things we wanted to go to, but far enough away to get a good night's sleep.

My husband and I were very pleased with the Embassy in Troy. The hotel was very clean, staff were helpful and friendly, and the extra accomodations were great. The rooms were very spacious and great for families with children. The breakfast buffet and omlette bar was very well maintained, the workout facility and pool were very nice, and the managers reception has a great bartender and atmopshere! The loctation of this hotel was also perfect as it was very close to restaurants, shopping, attractions, but off of the main road. We will definiately stay again wehn we visit Troy!
“Nice hotel near Michigan State Conference Center”
I have stayed here twice and find it comfortable and convenient. Only two small minor issues this time. I bought a frozen dinner at the convenience store near the check-in desk, but was not given any utensils. I was surprised to find that there were none in the room, even though it had a microwave and fridge. A plastic fork would have been nice. Also, the hair dryer in the room did not heat up. I am sure they would have sent me up a new one had I ask, but I didn't bother. Check in and out was very fast,and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Comfy bed, too.

Excellent as far as cleanliness of room...breakfast in the morning was wonderful and tasty. This is our third time at this hotel and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. People were very friendly and helpful.
“Incredible Breakfast and Big Indoor Pool”
We stayed at this hotel over Christmas when visiting relatives. It is well maintained with nice clean rooms. The fact that each suite had two separate rooms (sitting and bedroom) meant we could stay up and read when the kids went to sleep. Both the bedroom and sitting room had a flat panel TV. The breakfasts included with the room were amazing. Saved a lot of time not having to go out. They included eggs and omelettes cooked to order, sausage, fresh fruit, cereal, pancakes, etc. The pool and hottubs were both nice and large. Overall, very satisfied and will definitely stay there again.
“Great Stay in Troy, MI”
The Embassy Hotel in Troy, Michigan was wonderful. The room was very clean and the amenities were great. The breakfast offering was very fulfilling and the staff was extremely cordial. We liked this hotel so much we extended our stay another day!
“Unknown Gem”
I am not sure if it was because of the holiday weekend or just because it was the weekend (the hotel seemed to be in a business area) but the hotel was quiet with not a lot of people, although the breakfast area was busy in the morning. As with all Embassy's the free hot breakfast is a real plus with omlettes to order. I would also recomed this hotel to families or someone who is traveling with others. I am a morning person and my husband is not so I was able to watch TV in the front room without bothering him!
