Barbara went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for sightseeing and helping us find all the information we needed to make the most of our visit. Her friendly and professional demeanor truly set the tone for our stay. In addition to Barbara's fantastic service, Yuri and Anton at the bar also deserve high praise. They were both incredibly welcoming and provided top-notch service throughout our time at the hotel. Their warm hospitality and attentiveness made our evenings at the bar a delightful experience. "This is a lovely hotel, smells lovely in the reception area and rooms, all very clean and comfortable, staff very friendly and welcoming, giving very good customer service. The restaurant beside hotel is really wonderful, great atmmosphere and fantastic food at not an overcharged amount too, very good value. There is a big supermarket in walking distance, with a cash point and petrol station, also a good price.We do love Kyriad hotels and would definately come back."
