They upgraded my room with window view when i came to find out the room i booked with expedia didnt have a window. So the staff are very proactive and helpful. will def stay again"

"Staff at hotel is very welcoming and friendly. From the security opening the door and greeting, to the desk staff being friendly and welcoming and the bell boy as well, respectful and friendly. The room was fairly basic. Its along the main road in Dhaka, and the small window in the bathroom allowed plenty of noise to come in overnight. "Avoid this property at cost. The hotel is the least clean, front office staff and room service are awful - avoid! Avoid. I booked a 4 bed appointment for 6 guests. When arrived the front office management allocated me a 3 bed room appartment, 4th room is store room for the hotel. The 4th room was constantly being used by the hotel and staff sleep over. "

"Make sure you make use of their free, friendly , prompt airport shuttle as traffic in Dhaka is guaranteed the worst in the world. No really. Dhaka is a surprisingly expensive city to stay in too, for the basic modest comfort that you get. Staff is very friendly typical of this AMAZING country). There is an elevator but occasional power off/on outbursts. Never off for more than a second or two so I suspect they have a generator. Breakfast was Indian/Bangali with some hard boiled eggs and toast...
