"I enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice and quiet. I couldn’t hear my neighbors (which is important to me). The staff was super nice. Right outside there’s a Starbucks (for those who can’t live without) A Paris Baguette and across the street a G25 (7-11) type store which we went to quite often to buy snacks and beer :). "

"We had spend 5 nights in the 3bedroom apartment on 5th floor. The apartment was very spacious, we loved each of us had our own bathroom & bedroom, do bring you own amenity there’s nothing much besides the basic things. Interior it’s very basic minimal style need some upkeep. Poonsa staff was very friendly & helpful , we had to travel out of town they kept our luggage for us until returned, which make it convenient. They surrendered area is very convenient for many things. "

"It was a great hotel in a great location in the center of ho Chi Minh City, It was my first time visiting the city and wanted to stay somewhere central so that i could walk everywhere and this hotel was perfect, Its near the cathedral, war museum, and so many other things. The hotel staff was wonderful and all spoke great english. The room was quaint and had everything you would need. "Bed bugs, broken AC, non working toilet, spider webs everywhere, ants crawling all over the place, dirty, bed sheets / pillows same as previous customer, door was broken, door lock doesnt work, dangerous area, NOT A HOTEL"
