Paradise Café - Air-conditioned dining room and open-air, ocean-view terrace. Lunch menu includes pizza, salads, and sandwiches, as well as main courses such as steak and seafood. Dinner menu includes salads and sandwiches and features main courses such as seafood stew, chicken curry, lamb chops, and steaks. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Thursday-night steak buffet, Friday-night seafood buffet, Saturday-night Italian buffet. Sunday brunch.
Calypso Lounge & Bar - Opens to main-building atrium. Large screen television. Cocktails, beer, and wine. Lunch and dinner menu includes appetizers and sandwiches.
Blue Seahorse Bar and Grill - Open-air spot under wood roof. Cocktails, beer, and wine. Lunch choices include burgers, sandwiches, pizza, and salads.
Oregano Bar and Grill - Golf clubhouse restaurant serving international menu for lunch and dinner.
Recreation
An 18-hole championship golf course designed by Puerto Rican golf champ Chi Chi Rodriguez is adjacent to the hotel within the Dorado del Mar resort/residential community. The course includes water features on 12 holes.
At the hotel, guests play tennis on two lighted courts. An air-conditioned fitness center offers cardio and weight machines as well as free weights. Kayaks, pedal boats, snorkeling gear, floats, and tubes can be rented on the beach.

“experience”
the view, pool, rooms, interiors, there are amazing, love it. The room it was extremely comfortable, pleasant, beautiful view from everywhere (outside, inside), big pool for fun, and beach just for a few steps more. The only con it was the bathroom, wasn't clean at all, toilet dirty. Otherwise it a great place to stay.

The staff and hotel friendliness was superb. They know the area really well and made perfect recommendations on places to visit. They also have a casino for any one wanting to make a quick buck.
“Golf Puerto Rico on 30th Wedding Anniversary”
The staff was very well trained. They were all very cordial and friendly. The golfing experience was out of this world, great golf course and staff. I highly recommend the experience. The morning breakfast buffet was worth the whole stay.

THE STAFF WAS GREAT, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY HOTEL FOOD AND GIFT STORE VERY EXPENSIVE BUT AT THE LOCAL STORES REASONABLE. NOT CLOSE TO LOCAL AREA TO SITE SEE OR SHOPPING AT MALL BUT A GOOD REASONABLE DRIVER WOULD HELP OR BETTER YET A CAR RENTAL. FOR PEACE AND QUIET/LAID BACK THIS RESORT IN DORADO IS GREAT BUT IF YOU WANT MORE SURROUNDINGS AND CLUBS NEAR, GET A HOTEL RESORT IN SAN JUAN NEAR AIRPORT

The suite was large and comfortable. The gardens by the pools were beautiful and the help was very helpful and friendly.

Outstanding hotel and staff. Suite was beautiful. Staff friendly and very helpful. Included breakfast and happy hour incredible. Probably will be staying next year. Would recommend to anyone going to Puerto Rico.

The hotel is beautiful and has all the beach and pool ambience and activities. The people are friendly and the breakfast was fabulous everyday! The location allows for trips to the excursions on the east side, while also being close enough to tour the telescope and the caves west of Dorado! Totally recommend this hotel!
“Loved It!!!!!!!!!!”
My family and I just returned from Puerto Rico and I have to say it was one of the most wonderful experiences I've ever had. I have visited many places throughtout the U.S. but this was one of the best. The hotel although was quite a bit distant from many attractions it was located on a small beach with a beautiful view. It was clean the staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The pools were wonderful. My kids 7 & 9 year olds were able to swim freely in any of the 3 pools. The complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus. It had an extensive variety and we never felt rushed. The managers special in the evening was definitely a treat for my husband and I. It ran for two hours which was plenty. I definitely would recommend this hotel to any FAMILY.
“Dorado Del Mar”
Great value at Dorado Del Mar Embasst suites. Full breakfast and managers cocktail party add even more value. Excellent golf courses in the area. For dinner, the La Tereza restaurant nearby.
