“highly recommend this hotel”
From being greeted, to leaving the hotel, we were well looked after and made to feel very special, especially our 1 year old son. They couldn't do enough. The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Some of the restaurants were closed for Ramadan, but still plenty of choice at the buffet.
“Awesome hotel that I will come back to”
I reserved this hotel when it was on promotion on expedia.ca. It was definitely affordable (even for student/budget travellers) and everything was nice in the room. My room (the cheapest one) looks like the photo they had on their hotel official site. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although most were not local. The breakfast was fulfilling and with wide selection. The pool was the only thing that I didn't like as the water was a bit cloudy.
“Dhow Palace”
The hotel service was very good. The room was adequate. We were not happy with the charges for internet use, however. It should have been included with the room rather than being a daily charge. The service was great and timely. The restaurant choices were many but we would strongly suggest not going to breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel lobby.
“Very nice stay!”
Stayed for 6 nights on Business. Very comfy rooms. Excellent choices for breakfast. I would stay again!! Nice lobby area also.
“Dubai Little Secret”
Excellent location and superior staff. Hotel rooms were beautiful and the restuarants within the hotel served great food and atmoshere. Do not pass up.
“Good Location”
Hotel is in an excellent location (within walking distance) for the shopaholics who likes to shop at the Meena Bazaar or the Karama centre.
“WILL STAY AT HOTEL AGAIN”
I ENJOYED MY STAY AT THIS HO9TEL. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE ROOM HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE CITY SKYLINE. ROOM SERVICE WAS PROMPT. THE DINING OPTIONS WERE EXCELLENT.
“Perfect location for visitors”
It's a good hotel with overall cleanliness, break fast is decent, the location is perfect for shopping and to dine in nearby restaurants. It is a good business class hotel, but the tariff is unbelievable during seasons. How ever i would stay again if tariff permits.
“Dubai Stopover”
The Dhow Palace Hotel was lovely and just as we thought it would be, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight arrived early morning and we were allowed to check in early. As we were completeing the formalities we were given a chilled fruit juice which after a 11 hour flight from Paris was really thoughtful. The hotel is a good location for shopping and not too far from the airport. We thought the breakfast was a little overpriced and in retrospect it would have been cheaper to order a light breakfast from room service. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.
“Good”
Good location for catching taxis and free from all the current building
