The Hyatt Regency Dubai and Galleria is located downtown overlooking Dubai Creek, seven km (four miles) from the City Centre Shopping Mall and eight km (five miles) from the Dubai International Convention Centre. An outdoor swimming pool and spa tub, fitness center, tennis and squash courts, and guest laundry facilities are among the amenities offered. Those traveling on business can take advantage of the business center and wireless Internet access in public areas (surcharge).

Al Dawaar - This revolving restaurant, located on the 25th floor overlooking the Arabian Gulf, creek, and city, features an International buffet consisting of European, Middle Eastern, Asian, and Japanese dishes. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
Focaccia - True to its name, guests are welcomed by fresh, warm focaccia bread upon arrival. The menu offers a wide variety of Italian dishes prepared using fresh ingredients. Open daily for lunch and dinner.
The Kitchen - This open-kitchen concept diner serves wood-fired pizzas, meat, seafood, lamb, and duck among other items. The 24-hour lounge section offers live music at select times throughout the day.
Miyako - Guests can dine in tatami rooms, at the sushi bar, or enjoy Teppanyaki-style cooking prepared at their tables. Open for lunch and dinner.
Shahrzad - Enjoy an authentic Iranian experience at Shahrzad. Serves oven fresh breads, kebabs and other traditional delicacies in an exotic Persian ambience.

The staff was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean. The restaraunt was the best part. The food and service was excellent. It was also nice having a nite club right at the Hotel. I will be staying there on my next visit to Dubai. Ron

Overall the hotel was very nice. Nice ammenities, comfortable room, the only slightly draw back was the location. Despite that there is no such thing as a central location in Dubai. The hotel is somehow secluded but it was easy to take a taxi right from inront of the hotel except for one time when I had to wait for 15 minutes for a taxi. Overall, I would definetly recommend this hotel
“Great service”
We booked this hotel at the last minute, having originally booked elsewhere and told that, because we were arriving at 5:30am we would need to pay for 2 nights to guarantee getting into our room upon arrival. When we arrived at the hotel the check-in was very efficient and friendly and we were advised we could have immediate access to our room- wonderful after a 16 hour flight. The rooms were very quiet, breakfast later that morning was great and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel is located close to the gold souq although given the heat I wouldn't recommend walking. It was great value and would definately stay here again.

From the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome to this very stylish hotel. The level of service throughout could not be faulted and the restaurants we tried(roof top, kitchen and italian)were all excellent.

“Old Dubai accessible from the hotel”
Our delight was returning to see the old Dubai and the Creek after 30 years. This hotel was in walking distance or a short cab ride to the markets and the water taxi. The view also was an enjoyable part of the ambiance.
“Dubai amazing place to stay”
I am fully satisfied with the hotel. The Gem and SPA was excellent.
