Walking distance to World Trade Center, good food, luxury room is spacious but bath room is small. House keeping is poor: trash my toothbrush, only one bottle complementary water provided for three night stay, no common sanitary stuff provided, flood bath room after cleaning. Transportation to airport is poor, cost of hotel car is double than of Uber, while Uber is more expensive than local taxi but it’s difficult to get local taxi, as hotel does not help to book.

Standard 4-star hotel situated in a business location. There are almost no dining, shopping, or sightseeing points around. The bathroom of the old style, with a pool of water every day on the floor after the shower.

Highly disappoint by service but room and location
1. Night Check in Staff terrible; Day time desk staff helpful 2. Hotel Lobby Car coordinator- terrible. 3. Room, standard business hotel. 1 of the lights was flickering and 1 of the sockets was broken but generally the room was clean/decent 4. Breakfast - decent, although at the breakfast service had a decent spread i did see the salad station have several flies around one of the days. 5. Location is very good, connecting to the WTC with ease of access to the metro 6. Amenities pretty decent, nothing special 7. Other staff-room service/maintenance; breakfast staff were good and helpful Major disappointments: - Don't use the hotel taxi service or listen to the hotel lobby staff, they overcharge and they aren't real hotel drivers. They will give you random pricing and the drivers will try to scam you by saying paying by card is additional or they are crossing a toll when they are not even with prefixed price agreed. If you refuse to pay they will leave you on the side of the road, the hotel doesn't care. Be safe use Uber or Careem or the red cab Taxis, cheaper , safer and more reliable - Night Check in Staff make up rules as they go along, and they can never get in touch with the reservation/accounts team (how convenient). Best Staff member by miles was Julidynne Binua, she was helpful and always approachable. If only all the staff could be as helpful as her!

The location of the property is great for working or visiting the DWTC. Sadly this was not the best experience I've had staying at the Novotel DWTC. Our room had a broken chair - we asked maintenance to fix or replace it, but that didn't happen. The shower valve was broken meaning the shower was mostly scalding hot - far too hot for my children to use. We didn't say anything to maintenance as we didn't feel there was much point. Also, this is the first time breakfast has been disappointing. We tried at different times, but almost every time the 'hot' food was cold - cold scrambled eggs are never a good thing, and neither is cold bacon. Otherwise the staff were fantastic as always. Very happy to help, always pleasant, and they make it a hotel I would still return to.

I came from USA to Dubai for a visit and was pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was. Breakfast options were awesome including Indian dishes, continental etc..my only wish was more Indian variety because they were switching same dishes on alternative days. I let the chef know and they were more than willing to consider that. The lady at the restaurant felt little rude, she herself was not wearing mask properly but was particularly after indian guests like me for some reason. Other than that this hotel is best in terms of facilities, and closeby to attractions. The local concierge service is bit pricey they don't tell you that it's going to cost you more. Rather they say it's the same. They have locker facilities they were accommodative for me for extended checkout time which was awesome. Overall highly recommend.

Our overall experience wasn’t good! The only good thing was the check-in. The staff was nice and she helped us with early check-in. The room and the bathroom were dirty. They didn’t provide us with robes or free toiletries as mentioned. And there wasn’t shower gel in the bathroom. When we asked them to give us toiletries, they only provided us with toothbrushes and slippers. On the second day we went back late to the room and there was no shampoo!

A good stay
Very good experience overall. The breakfast offers many options and the people at the front desk and employees are nice. The hotel is close to the tram line.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times however on this occasion I was very disappointed. I requested a non-smoking room and I also booked a superior room. When I entered the room at stank of cigarettes, I called at reception immediately and they told me the hotel was fully booked and cannot change my room. The room that also did not look superior as described and there were two beds just joined together. I also got a random knock on my door by housekeeping at 7 am saying that I’ve called them which I did not.
