"Last minute deal , firstly the food is good staff are fantastic bar person working really hard his name was mario he's was always pleasant even when people are rude , secondly our room had issue's not able to plug chargers in or hair straighteners because plug sockets are attached to the dresser i did speak to reception and they are going to sort this but the room was clean yes the carpets need changed but they where clean we would return "

Our room had a connecting door (great for families but not for us) Even though we were in the "newest" part of the hotel it was pretty obvious that the floor boards went through both rooms as as we were disturbed by the people in the next room as they moved around and visited the toilet during the night ... it sounded like they were walking around in our room."

"Amazing location right from the ferry terminal is about three minutes up on a hill with a beautiful Waterview, historic hotel historic facilities, plaid everywhere we love staying here had a very warm, feeling dining room was open for both breakfast and dinner service which was excellent parking though was a bit of a nightmare."
